National and international exchange
The overarching and long-term goals of Antibiotic Smart Sweden are to support and promote antibiotic-smart regions, municipalities and communities, empower individuals to adopt antibiotic-smart behaviours, and provide a platform for fostering national and international collaboration and community-wide engagement.
Antibiotic Smart Sweden operates in an ecosystem of different actors in Sweden with an interest in antibiotic resistance and aims to complement the Intersectoral Coordinating Mechanism that brings together 26 representatives from national authorities and organisations.
We strive to be a platform to facilitate alignment, exchange and collaboration. Activities include network meetings, and support dissemination of existing initiatives and good practices.
Through dialogue meetings, collaborative projects, workshops and other communication activities we also exchange learnings with international partners.
