Ebola and Marburg: Monitoring of returning aid workers – Guidance

Listen

The Public Health Agency of Sweden has developed this guidance to support the monitoring of travellers returning to Sweden from countries with active cases of haemorrhagic fever such as Ebola or Marburg. The aim is to provide a national recommendation for uniform treatment of this group.

The guidance is intended for employers of returning workers, such as the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB), the Red Cross and Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières), as well as health care providers.
